This is theft! It was supposed to arrive today at the end of the day. OMG! What a scam! They used my money without permission. And, I received another tracking # from fed-ex that showed another mattress was on its way. I said that was unacceptable and after asking to speak with a manager a few times, I was told that my money was 'just released' back into my account. When I finally said enough, I was told that I would not be refunded until the bed, which was in transit, was returned to the fulfillment center. We rec'd the free pillows/sheets bundle, but, we still haven't rec'd the bed! It is FEBRUARY 27, 2023! I have 35 emails in my email account that correspond with 'sleep specialists' and nectar codes to access my account. Ordered Nectar Hybrid mattress on Januwith a promised delivery in 1-3 days. If you are someone who is looking to truly try a mattress to see if it works for your back, look elsewhere! I would never recommend this company. I will be disputing this purchase with American Express. Their strategy seems to be to give you as hard of a time as possible so you give up on returning the item. I told Nectar mattress that I don’t have a car large enough to carry a king sized mattress. They also told me that if a return was accepted I had to take it myself to a donation site and provide them with a receipt of proof of donation for a refund. After submitting multiple photos they told me the photo wasn’t from the correct angle. They then asked for 10 pictures of the mattress, the tags, the front and the side to make sure it didn’t have any “stains” on it. ![]() ![]() So after 30 days I once again tried to return the mattress and was asked 100 questions about why the mattress doesn’t work for me. They said I HAD to sleep on it for 30 nights in order to return it. After a couple of nights this mattress was bothering my back so I contacted nectar to return it. Supposedly you have a year to try your mattress and return it. I am incredibly disappointed in this company.
